With majority of population falling under the working age group out of the total population of 1.339 billion, which is spread over 29 states and 7 Union Territories,Finding the Right Talent remains a challenge!!! Depending on the skill sets and interests, certain pockets in India are known to have particular skilled personnel in plenty. Identifying such source and suggesting it against your requirement requires expertise and experience so that the requirement is fulfilled at one go without wasting time travelling length and breadth of India.

Following are some of the skilled categories vis-a-vis the states in which they are available in size – able numbers.

For senior staff i.e. Engineers, Planners, Supervisors etc we normally release advertisements in local newspapers and also source candidates from our database and line them up for interviews in Mumbai, Baroda, Chennai and Kochi.

On Receipt of Requirement from Client

    Screen our database or source through subscribed portals like Naukri.com or Monster.com. At times advertisement is released.

    CV’s screened/shortlisted and forwarded to client for eveluation

    Organise Skype Interview or personal one to one Interview

    On selection, all relevant documents are forwarded to the client for visa Processing

    On receipt of visas- Emigration formalities are completed and candidates mobilized within 7- 10 days

    An advertisement is released in the local newspaper where interviews are to be held. Associate offices are alerted and a check kept on the activity

    On receipt of visas- Emigration formalities are completed and candidates mobilized within 7- 10 days. Candidates who do not require emigration are mobilized within 3 days.
